The study found that a typical five-person meeting conducted in-person and offsite is over seven times more expensive than a meeting conducted by any type of GA web conferencing, including audio conference and video.
Time is also another factor. Based on the same situation highlighted above, the average time that participants of the conference spend to prepare for, travel to, and attend the meeting is 53 hours and 24 minutes. With GA web conference, it takes three times less.
